Did you know that 70% of how we look and feel comes from the foods we fuel our bodies with. The other 30% is movement and exercise. You can exercise and train all you like but fuelled suboptimally – well you get the picture. 

An A-Game Lifestyle ‘tailored to you’ programme is designed to help you improve your nutrition, health and lifestyle whilst enhancing your body composition along the way. 

Our one-to-one coaching offers bespoke meal plans and programmes to provide you with the tools to achieve your goal(s).

All meal plans are designed just for you and make sure you have the foods you enjoy, not the foods you’ll never entertain. 

We offer a variety of programme options, whether it’s just for you, for you and your better half – couples programmes are always super fun and motivational; or even getting the whole family involved and having the kids learning all about nutrition and lifestyle throughout your journey with you.

There’s something to suit every goal from individual fat loss, to family lifestyle improvements, ensuring you learn how to fuel your vessel for the best possible future. 

Nutrition and Lifestyle Programmes

There are two programme options which have no set duration or contract, simply give 30 days notice to leave any of the A-Game Lifestyle programmes. 

1. One-to-one Coaching and Mentoring 

2. Group Coaching as part of a wide community

Both options are a monthly paid for service with your first month paid for in advance:

 

OPTION 1 ONE-TO-ONE COACHING

Tailored to your wants and needs and full concentration given to you on a one-to-one basis at your allocated checkin slots. Here’s what you can expect:

  • A ‘tailored to you’ Meal Plan (with all meals and snacks for 7 days)
  • Nutrition and Lifestyle Programme
  • Supplement Recommendations (if required)
  • Nutritional Recipes
  • One-to-One coaching and support
  • Weekly check ins and accountability touch points
  • Access to our A-Game Lifestyle Private Facebook Group
  • Access to me throughout your programme duration 
  • Individual time dedicated to you for your weekly checkin 

Please note your Meal Plan is reviewed regularly with you at your weekly check ins and where required, adjusted to make sure you’re still achieving results in a healthy manner.

What I will say here is you are the key success factor in bringing your goals to life. You will only get the results you so want with dedication, drive and motivation to make it happen. There’s no quick fix that lasts, there’s no easy solution that lasts, there’s just a determined mind and some grit to be the you you’ve always wanted to be.
